  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit card, HSA/FSA, and insurance (PPO, Worker’s Comp, and Medicare).
  • Do you accept insurance?

  • Insurance Eligibility?
    Please send us an email at highfivehandtherapy@gmail.com and be sure to include the following: 1. Insurance card - front and back 2. Government Issued ID or give us an updated address and Date of Birth 3. Prescription /and or why he wants to see us.
  • How long does a session last?
    Each session takes 60 minutes and includes 50 minutes of hands-on service and a 10 minute consultation.
  • What should I bring for my session?
    Please bring comfortable athletic clothing for your treatment session. Gym shorts and T-Shirt for males and gym shorts and sports bra for females are recommended.
  • How many sessions do I need?
    It's a case by case scenario, however we do reccomending coming in for a consultation in order for us to provide you with an accurate answer.
  • What type of treatments do you offer?
    We provide comprehensive rehabilitation and are certified in hand therapy (CHT), CHT credential is recognized by many professionals organizations as a benchmark for excellence in advanced specialty credentialing in physical and occupational therapy. Specialist in treating the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrist, and hands. We are also certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and use the “Gold Standard of IASTM” hawk grip tools. Some of our services include, but are not limited to, custom splints, manual therapy, fluidotherapy, IASTM, and joint mobilization.
