Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), is an innovative, evidence-based form of treatment that enables clinicians to detect and effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions, as well as maintain optimal range of motion through comprehensive training and education.
IASTM is clinically proven to achieve faster and better outcomes for acute and chronic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel, Tennis/golfers elbow, Adhesive Capsulitis, IT Band Syndrome, Lumbar Strain and Plantar Fasciitis.
We offer 1 hour IASTM sessions to address your discomfort. Click below to book a session with us.
Certified Hand Therapy
Our Certified Hand Therapists are specially trained to evaluate and administer treatment of the hand and upper quadrant in order for our patients to regain the ability to perform work, life and daily living activities.
Hand Therapists utilize intricate knowledge of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder to prevent dysfunction, reverse the progression of disease, and promote healing of injured structures to restore function.
The goal of a certified hand therapist is to plan and execute treatment that will return the patients treated to the highest possible level of independence in daily activities.
Orthosis

Wrist cock-up: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
-
Long-arm thumb spica: DeQuervain Tendinopathy
-
PIP Extension Splint

MCP blocking orthosis: Trigger Finger
-
Ulnar gutter orthosis: Boxers fracture
-
Stax orthosis: mallet finger
-
PIP extension orthosis: Boutonniere deformity
-
Oval-8: Swan neck deformity
Fluidotherapy
Fluidotherapy is a high-intensity heat modality consisting of a dry whirlpool of finely divided solid particles suspended in a heated air stream, the mixture having the properties of a liquid. In addition to the superficial heat, it provides tactile stimulation while also allowing for active range of motion.
