I graduated from University of Southern California with a B.S. in Occupational Science and Therapy in 2003. After graduation, I served in the US Army for 4 years at Fort Leonard Wood where I accrued over 4000 hours in direct practice experience in hand therapy.
Since then I got certified as a CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) and have been practicing for over 19 years now. I love seeing the positive changes in my patient's lives and enjoy working with the wide range of clientele at High Five Hand Therapy.
On my free time I enjoy doing HIIT training workouts, biking, and hiking. I love staying active, but just also enjoy staying home watching Netflix.

I enjoyed sports growing up, but fell in love with volleyball during high school and coached volleyball in college. As a result I pursued a career in Occupational Therapy because I have a passion for helping others.
I've worked in pediatrics, personal training, and at High Five Hand Therapy for the past six years and gained so much knowledge and experience.
I enjoy working at High Five because it allows me to work with people with sports injuries and hand injuries. On my free time I love watching sports and spending time with my family.

For my graduate studies, I attended and graduated with my doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Miami Campus in 2021. I had the opportunity to demonstrate my leadership skills as the class president of my cohort and was also awarded with the Academic Achievement Award upon graduation as the class valedictorian. During my free time, I enjoy roller skating, traveling, eating, and spending time with my dog, Kiki.
